Tudor is characterised by the high level of involvement of the trustees. Descendents of the founder and other trustees are regularly involved in all aspects of the Trust’s work. All full applications are discussed by trustees at regular grants committees. Trustees are also involved in the assessment of initial proposals and often visit organisations.
