Work with us
At Tudor, our commitment to people and culture is about ensuring that the principles of Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging underpin everything we do.
We are a small and growing staff team, with a deep commitment to using a systems thinking approach to move toward a world as it should be. Our mission is to advance racial justice by resourcing power within communities and our staff are at the heart of making this happen.
We work closely together to reimagine grant-making approaches, this takes bravery to stand by our convictions and hold each other to account, creativity to imagine something different and curiosity to be able to think deeply and be open to learning from our grant partners and communities.
The staff team deliver Tudor’s strategy, governance, operations, and grant-making programme following our agreed behaviours which are: bravery, compassion, creativity, curiosity, humility and integrity.
When we add people to the team, we look for people who are committed to racial justice and systems change and who thrive working in a deeply relational way with others. People who are open to working in new ways, depending on what we learn as we go, and who can also bring their own experiences and perspectives to the team to help advance our mission.

Why hybrid working?
Our approach to hybrid working is part of our strategy for collaboration, shared learning, healthy challenge and holding each other to account. Whilst we are still developing our longer-term approach and working through strategic change as we are learning, we are keen for all staff to be in the office three days minimum for full-time and two days minimum for part-time staff. Being together supports deep thinking, relationship-building, and more intentional progress.
As we continue to deepen our relationships with our partners, we are also looking at ways of making our physical building more available to others, and this means that our staff will also have more opportunities to meet with our partners. Our office, is in Holland Park near shops and parks, offers great amenities including a large kitchen, showers, lockers, and bright workspaces. While we value in-person work, we also recognise the benefits of home working and offer two remote days per week for staff working full-time. All staff work flexibly around core hours of 10am–4pm.
