Tudor continues to grow, and we’re delighted to be recruiting for two new, permanent roles: a People Practice Lead and a Facilities and Workplace Officer.

As a funder committed to advancing racial justice, we are now moving on from a period of transformation and building our long-term strategy. That means investing in the people, practices and place that make our work possible.

At Tudor, how we work matters as much as what we do. Our work is relational and built on care, trust and collective accountability. That needs to be true inside the organisation as much as in our partnerships. Both new roles will help make this real every day: one through how we support our people, and the other through the space we share.

Building our Governance, Operations and Finance function

Both roles sit within our Governance, Operations & Finance function and report to our Associate Director, who leads this work. This small team provides the foundations that let Tudor work well, from governance and finance to people, systems and our office in London.

People Practice Lead
Up to £65k FTE | Permanent | 4 – 5 days per week

This is a new role, dedicated to our people. It will be Tudor’s main in-house expert on people matters. You will advise on employment practice, look after our people policies, lead on recruitment and be a trusted first point of contact for colleagues. You’ll work closely alongside our Culture Practice Lead to turn our culture into everyday practice, so that care and accountability strengthen each other. This is a senior role with real autonomy, and it is designed to grow in scope over time.

Facilities and Workplace Officer
Up to £40k FTE (pro rata) | Permanent | c.21 hours over 4 or 5 days per week | Office based in Holland Park, London

This new role is at the heart of caring for our office and the people who use it. You’ll keep the building running smoothly, from coordinating maintenance and suppliers to welcoming visitors, preparing meeting spaces and supporting events. Our office is a lovely place to work, and we know it has more potential to be better used. You’ll help shape that, working with colleagues on improvements and future refurbishment.

For both roles, experience in the charity or social sector is welcome but not essential. What matters most is a genuine commitment to our mission and to our relational way of working.  If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
