Summer Newsletter 2026
Dear friends
It’s been a busy few months at Tudor, with our latest round of grants and the launch of our new brand and website.
We began our transformation in 2024, intentionally shifting how we work and fund to better enable systems change. This year we welcomed a new group of partners whose work continues to shape and challenge our learning and unlearning, helping us evolve our own practice. Our interactive ecosystem map shows how their work connects with Tudor’s thinking about the foundations and layers needed for a new system.
Alongside welcoming new partners, we’ve also launched a new brand and website to reflect who Tudor is today and better tell the story of our work with partners and communities. We are deeply grateful to Chillcreate who guided us in the rebranding exercise that led to our new visual identity and to Hertech for bringing this new identity and our work to life on our new website.
In case you are looking for summer reads, our new website also came with new articles and reflections from our team:
- Why action matters more than perfect vision walks you through our new website and explains our current ecosystem funding strategy, as well as the actions we took that helped us explore what is needed from philanthropy in this moment.
- In Tudor today. Not perfect and just(ly) driven to put money where power belongs, Tudor CEO Raji Hunjan recounts our transformation journey and what it took for us to get where we are today.
- In Practising the world as it should be, Learning & Knowledge Lead, Holly Anderson Whittaker, shares her thoughts on the practice of leaning into interdependence and ecosystem mapping.
- Finally, in The most radical thing philanthropy can do is listen, Tudor Deputy CEO Dilys Winterkorn explores the power of listening to hold with care those in our communities who are leading change.
Last but not least, we are excited to share that we recruited for two new positions over the past couple of months and that an Associate Director of Governance, Operations & Finance and two Programme Officers will soon be joining our team. We took great care in designing the Programme Officer role and explained how it will help us deliver on our emergent strategy as published on our website.
We look forward to sharing our next newsletter with you. Until then, follow us on LinkedIn to hear more about our learnings and things that inspire us along the way. We wish you a restful and restorative summer as we slow down ourselves.
